THE TEA

from $10.00

A curated selection of three Japanese teas, all sourced from Wazuka — outside of Kyoto. We source from d:matcha — a young company that has rescued the waning tea farms in this historic tea-growing area. All of their tea is grown, harvested, dried and packaged by them — no middlemen, no long waits in clearing houses… just perfectly grown tea from Japan.

We offer three varieties:

Matcha Okumidori (Ceremonial-grade — 20g) — winner of the bronze medal in the 2022 Japanese Tea Selection awards in Paris.

Shrine Sencha Yabukita (40g) — green tea harvested from an ancient field next to the Hakusan Shrine in Wazuka.

Houjicha (100g) — A carefully blend of hand-roasted green tea from various fields in Wazuka.
